Over time, the inside of your drain pipes build up with accumulated sediment, sand, grease, scale and waste.

Our trucks are fully equipped with an array of cable machines to clear any type of stoppage we may encounter.

We also use hydro jetting technology to clean drain lines. Using a heavy duty power nozzle and high pressure water at approximately 2500psi the jetter scours the entire pipe and restores the flow by destroying the accumulated build up.

The most common cause of stoppages in your main sewer outside of your home is the infiltration of roots into the pipe. Below ground your trees and shrubs have thousands of roots searching for moisture and warmth. Your sewer supplies both. The warm air that flows through the sewer pipe causes water vapor to escape to the cold soil surrounding it.

Once the roots grow close to the sewer pipe they seek out cracks and joints in the pipe that allow them access to a great source of nutrition. Older clay pipes are most susceptible to root invasion, however not even newer ABS pipe is completely impervious to root penetration. Over time the fine roots will spread into your pipes. The roots will form a net that begins to collect and hold debris. Even before the roots completely block the pipe, this debris build up will likely turn into a clog and your sewer flow will begin to slow down and eventually stop completely.

Using a mainline sewer snake cable machine and the proper cutting heads we can clear the blockage and the roots from the pipe. We can then, if needed, use our hydro jetter to scour the pipe clean. Cleaning a sewer suffering from root invasion at regular intervals may extend the life of the drain piping.
